If you read any of the "mainstream" media's analysis of the defunding ACORN vote back in September, you were probably under the impression that ACORN no longer receives one red cent of Federal taxpayer dollars. Simply put... nothing could be further from the truth.

As we first brought to your attention when we launched our "End Federal Funds to ACORN" Petition, there is a glaring loophole that allows for taxpayer dollars to continue funding ACORN and its subsidiaries.
